Beautiful set of three vintage Noritake Stoneware "Blue Adobe" lug-handled soup / chili bowls. Made in Japan and marked on the base. These feature the classic Southwestern / Adobe style geometric band in soft blue with rust and cream accents, and the built-in side lugs make them easy to handle when serving hot soups, stews, chili, or pasta.
Each bowl measures approximately:
• 9.3125 inches across
• 7.625 inches wide (lug to lug)
• 2 inches deep
The glaze has a lovely satin finish with subtle concentric rings in the base, giving them that classic Noritake stoneware look from the late 1980s to early 1990s. Perfect for collectors of Noritake, Southwest décor, or vintage stoneware table settings.
Condition:
Very good vintage condition. No chips or cracks. There are light utensil marks inside the bowls that are only noticeable when light is reflected directly on the surface and do not affect use or display.
